Our baby and toddler sensory play tent has been designed specifically with little people in mind. We've included fibre optic tails, low level LED furniture, a ball pool and a host of floor based UV reactive sensory based toys.

What's Included?

Listed below are the contents of the small 3x3m UV sensory play tent.

Hire Costs

Please note: the prices below are for a five hour daytime hire. 


We do not collect party tents after dark, or 7pm during summer months. 


  • Small 3 x 3m - £200.00


  • Standard 3 x 4.5m - £250.00

Party Tent Hire Duration

  • Depending on the age group we believe a party lasting 2-3 hours is ideal for a children's UV/sensory party. This offers plenty of time for free play/dance, party games and food. 


  • The hire fee covers a five hour hire period and includes time for set-up (90 mins) and dismantling (30 mins). 


  • Please contact us to enquire about longer indoor, or daytime hire periods.

UV Sensory Play Tent Venue Hire

  • We can set our UV sensory play tent up in your garden, or local community centre, or church hall. We deliver and set-up 90 minutes prior to the start of your party. We require an additional 30-45mins to dismantle and pack away the equipment. 


  • We do not set up on muddy, weed infested soil/grass. Please ensure any grassed surface is well drained, weed free and with short grass. 


  • For inside venues: Please ensure any venue booking covers both the duration of the party and allows time required for set-up and collection. For example, a two hour party will require a four hour venue booking. 

Part Tent Deposits and Booking

  • To secure your party date we require a £50.00 non-refundable booking deposit. The final balance (minus booking deposit) must be paid by the time set-up is complete. 


  • We additionally require a £50.00 security deposit (daytime or indoor hire) to be paid at the same time your remaining balance. Security deposits cover extreme cleaning, loss, or damage, and will be refunded in full at the end of your party, on return of all hire items undamaged and in full working order.

OUR PARTY TENTS

Quality and Safety

  • The waterproof and flame retardant covers of our commercial grade party tents are made from 450gsm ripstop polyester, with a PVC coating on the inside, to ensure complete rain proofing. 


  • Our top quality outdoor party tents are secured using steel stacking weights. Each weight is 12.5kg and we generally use two on each leg - meaning our party tents can be placed on artificial grass, paving, gravel, or even a driveway. 


  • We are fully insured and can provide a risk assessment. 


  • Industry recommendations are that gazebo's should not be erected in winds above 35mph. Even under strong breeze conditions (25-31mph) although the party tent itself would remain stable and secure, it is important to note there would be some unavoidable flapping of the side panels. During late autumn and winter months we encourage customers to book indoor venues (particularly for young children's parties) so to avoid the disapointment of cancellations due to heavy wind. Where such cancellations do occur, we would be happy to provide you with indoor party decorations.
