UV PARTY TENT HIRE

Listed below are the contents of both the small 3x3m and standard 3x4.5m party tents. All our UV party tents come fully decorated. Simply choose your decor!

Please note: the prices below are for a five hour daytime hire. 

We do not collect party tents after dark, or 7pm in the summer months. Please opt for an overnight hire if you wish to keep the tent later than sunset, or 7pm.

• Small 3 x 3m (10-15 people) - £200.00

• Standard 3 x 4.5m (15-20 people) - £250.00

Please note: the prices below are for a overnight hire. We deliver and set-up the party tent, by arrangement, on the afternoon of your party, and we collect hire items the following day. 

Please opt for an overnight hire if you wish to keep the tent later than sunset, or for a longer duration.

Please Note: Overnight hire requires a secure garden setting!

• Small 3 x 3m (10-15 people) - £270.00

• Standard 3 x 4.5m (15-20 people) - £350.00

• We can set our UV glow party tents up in your garden, or local community centre, or church hall. 

• We deliver and set-up 90 minutes prior to the start of your party. We require an additional 30-45mins to dismantle and pack away the equipment. 

• We do not set up on muddy, weed infested soil/grass. Please ensure any grassed surface is well drained, weed free and with short grass.

• Please note: our LED colour changing furniture holds approximately a six to eight hour charge.

• For inside venues: Please ensure any venue booking covers both the duration of the party and allows time required for set-up and collection. For example, a two hour party will require a four hour venue booking. 

• Please ensure the venue ceiling can accommodate the height of the party tent. 

• To secure your party date we require a £50.00 non-refundable booking deposit. The final balance (minus booking deposit) must be paid by the time set-up is complete. 

• We additionally require a £50.00 security deposit to be paid at the same time your remaining balance. Security deposits cover extreme cleaning, loss, or damage, and will be refunded in full at the end of your party, on return of all hire items undamaged and in full working order.
