Please note: the prices below are for a five hour daytime hire. 

We do not collect party tents after 8pm. Please opt for an overnight hire if you wish to keep the tent later than 8pm, or for a longer duration.

• Standard 3 x 4.5m (approximately 10 people seated) - £250.00

•  The hire fee covers a five hour hire period and includes time for set-up (60 mins) and dismantling (30 mins). 

• Please contact us to enquire about longer indoor, or daytime hire periods.

• We can set our cinema party tent up in your garden, or local community centre, or church hall. We deliver and set-up 90 minutes prior to the start of your party. We require an additional 30-45mins to dismantle and pack away the equipment. 

• For inside venues: Please ensure any venue booking covers both the duration of the party and allows time required for set-up and collection. For example, a two hour party will require a five hour venue booking. 

• To secure your party date we require a £50.00 non-refundable booking deposit. The final balance (minus booking deposit) must be paid by the time set-up is complete. 

• We additionally require a £50.00 security deposit (daytime or indoor hire) to be paid at the same time your remaining balance. Security deposits cover extreme cleaning, loss or damage and will be refunded in full at the end of your party, on return of all hire items undamaged and in full working order.
